Lamb, pork, brisket, sides, salads and dessert in 4 menus offers something for eveyone. 

With the COVID 19 underway and social distancing a thing until April 24, most of us will be having smaller celebrations than usual. Following are Easter and Passover menus that yes, will feed about 6-8 folks. But leftovers are great, as well as sharing with our neighbors by leaving a plate on their porch. Enjoy.
