Baked Cheese Grits
These creamy grits are the perfect comfort food to add to your breakfast. Just make sure you don't fill up on them before you get to the rest of your meal.
1. Preheat overn to 425F. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and. Stir in cheese. Add butter and mix until mixture resembes coarse meal. Add chives and milk and mix until a sticky dough comes together. Don't over mix. With a ice cream scoop (or spoon) scoop dough into 12 scones. Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 12 scones.
