Vary what you weave on these kabobs with the beef. Almost any vegetable will work.

It's a holiday weekend, which probably means you're grilling out. One of the things we are afforded in Middle Tennessee is great grilling weather. It's not swelteringly hot (could you imagine slaving over an open flame in Arizona?), certainly not cold (the reason BBQs are not common in the UK), and most of the time it isn't raining (we imagine keeping a grill lit in Seattle would be difficult). Thus, we fall into the trend of grilling out for every holiday and celebration in the summer. Which is great, but eventrually hot dogs and hamburgers get old. So, we gathered some of our favorite grilling recipes to  change things up! Give it a go with chicken, shrimp, or even baby bok choy! These recipes are sure to spice things up!
