Local winter greens are abundant and great in these recipes. 

 

A study recently published in Neurology finds that the healthier you eat over the years the better you will age. The researchers disovered that those whose daily diet included leafy green vegetables — such as spinach, kale and collard greens — had a slower rate of cognitive decline, compared to those who tended to eat little or no greens.
