Ingredients
- 2 handfuls kale
- 1/2 cup apple juice
- 1/2-1 cup ripe pears, kiwi, bananas or apple
- protein powder, optional protein powder, optional
Preparation
1. Toss a generous handful of any kind of kale (stems and all) into a blender with some apple juice. Add ripe pears, banana, kiwi, blueberries, pineapple chunks
grapes. Blend until smooth. Enjoy.
