Cajun-Creole Seasoning

Keep this seasoning mix on hand for most any recipe. It’s used in our Crawfish Etouffee and our Cajun Honey Chicken. 

    Ingredients

    • 2 tablespoonssweet paprika
    • 4 teaspoonssalt
    • 2 teaspoonsonion powder
    • 2 teaspoonsgarlic powder
    • 2 teaspoonscayenne pepper
    • 2 teaspoonsground black pepper
    • 2 teaspoons MSG (Accent)
    • 1 teaspoondried thyme leaves
    • 1 teaspoondried oregano leaves
    • 1 teaspoonsugar
    • 1 teaspooncoriander

    Preparation

    1.Combine all ingrients. Mix well. Store in a glass jar.
