The Peach Truck Cookbook
Stephen and Jessica Rose started the wildly successful Peach Truck, and now have a cookbook of the same name. Here, we've excerpted four fabulous recipes from it.
1. To make the agrodolce, heat the olive oil in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the onion and cook for 5 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and 1 tablespoon water. Reduce heat to low, cover, and cook for 10 minutes, or until the onion and peach are very soft. Remove and discard the bay leaf, cloves, and star anise. Serve with grilled pork chops.
