Ingredients
- Equivalent of 3 peaches Simple Truth Organic Frozen Sliced Peaches
- 3/4 cup Turbinado or White Sugar
- 2 cups Heavy Cream
- 1 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup 2% low fat milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract or Vanilla Bourbon Paste
Preparation
1. Combine peaches and sugar. Mash lightly. Let stand 30 minutes to an hour to macerate.
2. Combine cream, buttermilk,milk and vanilla. Chill. Place cream mixture and peaches in ice cream maker and proceed according to manufacturers instructions.
