- 4 fresh peaches, pitted and sliced into wedges
- 1 tablespoon fine-quality balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 3 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 2/3 cup whole milk
- 2/3 cup macerated peaches
- A little syrup from the macerated peaches
- Toss peaches with sugar and balsamic vinegar, coating evenly.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Place all ingredients in blender.
- Blend 3 minutes, or until smooth.
