*To prepare Orange Peel Reduction, wash and chop 4 whole oranges. Combine with 3 cups sugar in a freezer ziplock bag and store in the refrigerator overnight. The next day, combine orange sugar mixture in a large pot with 4 cups water. Heat until combined and sugar is dissolved, pressing to extract the orange juice. Strain out solids and store in refrigerator up to 1 week.
