Ingredients
SERVINGS: 1 Cocktail
- 1 1/2 ounces Happenstance bourbon
- 1/2 ounce Lustau PX sherry
- 2 ounces fresh apple juice
- 1/2 ounce lemon juice
- 3/4 ounce cinnamon syrup*
- 1/4 ounce Taylor Velvet Falernum
- 1/4 ounce St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram
Preparation
1. Add all ingredients to a shaker. Dry shake 15 seconds.
2. Fill a festive looking glass with crushed ice. Pour cocktail over top and garnish with a cinnamon stick and cranberries.
*To prepare cinnamon syrup, bring equal parts water and sugar to a boil over medium heat. Add a few cinnamon sticks and continue to boil 5 minutes or so, or until enough cinnamon flavor has been imparted. Strain and let cool.
