Grilled Cabbage with Parmesan

We’ve been over run with cabbage in our summer CSA, so we had to find a seasonal recipe and this is it. Cut into wedges, grill or roast until charred and tender, drizzle with dressing and dust with Parmesan. Shazam. Who needs corned beef. 

    Ingredients

    • 1cabbage, cut into wedges
    • Olive oil
    • Italian dressing or your favorite vinaigrette
    • Parmesan Cheese, grated

    1. Cut cabbage into wedges, leaving the root intact. brush with oil and place on grill or baking sheet. Grill or roast (at 475F) 25 minutes, until charred and tender. Drizzle with your favorite dressing and dust with grated Parmesan.
