Citrus Salmon on Pesto Pasta

From teriyaki, to citrus to pesto, salmon five ways.

Salmon is super accessible, full of heart healthy omega-3 oils and plenty versatile. There are a number of ways to source it locally. From the waters of  New Zealand via Hawaii is the amazing Ora King Salmon from Aloha Fish Co. Owner Jennifer Cheung is a Nashville transplant from Hawaii. From the waters of Alaska is local Virgin Bay Seafood. Nashvillians, Mike and Cathy Stoltz divide their time between Nashville and the icy waters of Alaska. Many farmers carry salmon as well, including Southern Ridge Farm at the Richland Park Farmers Market and Tn Grass Fed Farm, which has home delivery. Produce Place in Sylvan Park also carries salmon from these local vendors.
