Bacon Parmesan Brussels Sprouts
Quickly sautéed for a toasty brown on the outside, crunchy on the inside sprout, this is one of Union Common's most popular dishes.
1. Preheat oven 400F. Combine Brussels sprouts and canola oil on a roasting pan. Roast 20-25 minutes, or until tender.
2. In large bowl, combine vinegar, olive oil, honey, mustard, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt and pepper.
3. Add Brussels sprouts to prepared vinaigrette and toss. Top with feta and bacon.
