After 19 years in the corporate world, Mini Panyavong decided to launch her own sauce company that reflected her Asian heritage as well as her busy schedule as a mom of a toddler. We’re not usually big on bottled sauces, but we tossed in some leftover tofu we had in the fridge to try it out and well, we’re in love. The whole line of Mini Fusion sauces hit all the right notes of tangy, sweet, salty, and (of course) umami. They’re super versatile and are as good on Korean stir fried noodles as they are on grilled steak.
