If you’re not in the mood for beer or wine, but want something with a little kick, try hard cider. Indigenous to the Northwest, Diskin Cider is bringing true local craft cider to Middle Tennessee. Bridging the gap between champagne and beer, their small-batch ciders aren’t overly sweet but are imbued with the natural flavor of fresh-pressed apples. The cidery will open in the Wedgewood-Houston neighborhood February 2018.
