- 2 cups short dry pasta
- arugula pesto
- 6 ounces burrata cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
1. Boil pasta until al dente. Place pasta in a bowl, top with arugula pesto and chunks of burrata cheese. Drizzle with olive oil, if desired.
