Chef Crystal De Luna Bogan of the Grilled Cheeserie demonstrated how to make Watermelon with Hibiscus and Lime Granita on Saturday, August 6, 2016 at the Nashville Farmers' Market. 

Crystal is a Le Cordon Bleu trained chef and is famous for creating Nashville's favorite food truck, the Grilled Cheeserie. She has culinary experience in fine dining restaurants such as Napa Rose, The Four Seasons Hotel Beverly Hills and Clementine, and now in Nashville.

Aside from being known as having the best grilled cheese in town, they are known for running an eco-conscious business and giving back to the enviroment.
