For those of you looking for a new rooftop hang and/or farm-fresh food (and cocktails), we have news for you! Holston House and the 12 South Farmers Market have teamed up to bring straight-from-the-field flavors to the heart of the city at TENN

Chef Andrew Rodriguez (previously of Little Octopus) and his team utilize ingredients from the likes of Beaverdam Creek Farm, Micro Pastures, Athena's Harvest, and Bear Creek Farm in TENN’s dishes and specialty cocktails (the Botanical Garden cocktail is a must-try) to align with The Unbound Collection by Hyatt’s focus on hyperlocal experiences. Aiming to highlight the process of how these ingredients are sourced and used throughout their dishes, Rodriguez is not only nourishing guests with the freshest of fare, but also helping out the community by supporting our local farmers.

Holston House’s ongoing partnership with the 12 South Farmer’s Market extends beyond using the market as a source for produce and includes plans to team up in several ways to bring out-of-town guests a true taste of Tennessee. The front desk will offer 12 South Farmer's Market tokens to guests looking to get out and explore the city beyond Broadway and the hotel will incorporate some of the market vendors into several upcoming events to bring the market to Holston House for events such as the Summer Rooftop Kickoff party at the hotel's rooftop bar, TENN on Top, next month.
