We were thrilled to promote our 2023 Spring Farm Dinner at Delvin Farms May 5 & 6th on Today in Nashville with Carole Sullivan.
We also made a stellar seasonal dish, Grits & Greens, solely from ingredients we got at the East Nashville Farmers Market, with the exception of stone ground grits which we got from Smokin'Oaks Organic Market. Chef Skylar Bush whipped up creamy grits with Pepper Jack cheese from MaidnMeadows, Blue Oyster mushrooms from Midway Mushrooms, kale from Delvin Farms, Arugula Raab and fennel flowers from Madison Farms, broccoli microgreens from Pinkys Micros and hot honey from Homestead Gourmet
