Gather: Festive Fall Tables

We love to decorate our tables with the seasons. And nothing is better than collecting foliage right out your front door or in your neighborhood. All sorts of bushes, branches and trees can be snipped for interesting foliage, that once put together creates interesting textures, shapes and heights. Here are 3 we love. Different shades of similar colors creates dramatic scenes much stronger together than alone.  

Here is one that uses pumpkins in muted shades instead of bright orange. Sprinkle with dried hydrangeas, that are everywhere in middle Tennessee clinging to their leafless trunks. No water, no maintenance. Easy peasy. photo courtesy of Food52.
