Meet Jacob Marley at the Dickens of a Christmas celebration in Downtown Franklin, where he’ll be one of about 200 costumed characters roaming the historic district for a free yuletide festival. Favorite Dickens’ characters like Oliver Twist, Ebenezer Scrooge, and Tiny Tim will be there, along with Mother and Father Christmas.
