Garlic scapes, olive oil and salt and pepper are whirled up into a pesto perfect on most anything.

Place green garlic in bowl of food processor. Pulse until chopped small.
Add lemon, salt, pepper and olive oil. Pulse until pesto comes together and is creamy.
Makes 1 cup. Toss on pasta, pizza, or use as a spread on sandwiches.
