Ingredients

  • 1 pound raw ahi Hawaiian tuna, cut into 1/2 inch chunks
  • 1/4 cup diced sweet onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onion
  • 1-2 teaspoons roasted white or black sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • sea salt

Preparation

1.  Mix ingredients together in a medium bowl. Add sea salt to taste.

2.  Cover and refrigerate up to one hour or until ready to eat. Serve with plantain or vegetable chips (such as Terra)
