Pizza with Pulled Pork, Kale and Goat Cheese

Grab a pound of take-out pulled pork from your favorite BBQ joint, and whip up this pizza with it.

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 450F.

2. Combine pulled smoked pork with your favorite bbq sauce. Place shredded cheddar on bottom of pizza dough that has been rolled out to a 12-inch circle. Top with chopped kale (don't worry it shrinks upon cooking). Top with pork mixture then with goat cheese in dollops on top. Bake 15 minutes or until crust is browned and toppings are melty.
