Pizza with Pulled Pork, Kale and Goat Cheese
Take out pulled pork mixed with BBQ sauce, piled on top of kale and cheddar and a home made pizza crust is the bomb!
1. Place warm water in a large bowl or bucket. Add yeast, salt and sugar. Stir in flour. Mix until combined. Cover with a cloth and set at room temperature for 2 hours. Dough will have risen. Punch down to release air. Cover and place in refrigerator. Use accordingly for pizza. Makes about 4 12-inch pizzas.
