Ingredients

  • 1 12-inch pizza dough
  • 4 ounces sharp cheddar, shredded
  • 4 cups chopped kale
  • 8 ounces pulled pork
  • 1/4 cup favorite BBQ sauce
  • 4 ounces soft honey goat cheese (we like Traders Joes)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 450F.

2. Combine pulled smoked pork with your favorite bbq sauce. Place shredded cheddar on bottom of pizza dough. Top with chopped kale (don't worry it shrinks upon cooking). Top with pork mixture then with goat cheese in dollops on top. Sprinkle with green onions. Bake 15 minutes or until crust is browned and toppings are melty.
