We like our guac chunky with bites of creamy avocado along the way. So our admonition for great guacamole? Don’t overmash the avocado.
Ingredients
2ripe avocados
12cherry tomatoes, halved or quartered depending on size
1lemon, squeezed
1/4 cupdiced white onion
fresh cilantro

Half avocados, remove pit and scoop avocado pulp from skin. Do not mash. Add tomatoes, lemon or lime juice, onion, salt and cilantro. Stir together, mashing avocado as you go.
