This October, Sunda New Asian is proud to once again celebrate Filipino American History Month (FAHM) with an inspired lineup of limited-time dishes and cocktails that celebrate the flavors and stories of the Philippines, rooted in tradition and reimagined through our New Asian perspective.

For founder and CEO Billy Dec, FAHM holds deep personal meaning. Billy recently produced Food Roots, a documentary where he journeyed back to the Philippines to reconnect with family and uncover recipes passed down through generations.

The experience deepened his connection to Filipino cuisine and helped inspire several dishes featured on this menu. This spirit of honoring culture through food lives at Sunda every day.
