As part of our incubator program, we’re shining a spotlight on one of our talented line cooks, Lindsay Trigona, who has crafted a deeply personal five-course tasting menu designed to awaken all five senses. Each course invites guests to engage with food in a new way: Through sight, sound, smell, touch, and taste. Creating a thoughtfully curated journey that celebrates creativity, curiosity, and connection.
