Chef Tony Mantuano, wife Cathy, and their team have created a world-class eight course dining experience, with astoundingly perfect wine pairings, that focuses on the bounties of the sea, and does so with all of the gusto and precision you would expect from a Michelin star chef. With dishes like Linguini Diablo with mussels, clams and ‘nduja, a beautiful fritto misto, and one of the most delicious seafood sausages I have ever put in my mouth, this menu is definitely one worth trying out.
