Kind of a Big Dill Paloma (Serves 1)
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Tequila Blanco
1/2 oz Lime Juice
1/2 oz Dill Syrup(fresh dill, sugar and water)
*Make a “Dill Tea” by steeping a healthy amount of fresh dill in hot water for about 10 minutes. Mix 1 part “tea” with 1 part white sugar and stir until dissolved.
2 oz Grapefruit Soda
Garnish: Dill Sprig
Instructions:
1. Muddle a dill sprig in a shaker before adding remaining ingredients (except soda).
2. Add ice and shake for 10-20 seconds until cold.
3. Strain into a glass over fresh ice, top with soda and garnish with another dill sprig.
4. Enjoy!
