Lemon Lane Farm, Grandview

Amy Thran’s 116-acre farm in East Tennessee features guest cabins and campers and is now the home to Flying Pigs Sanctuary, a nonprofit animal micro-sanctuary that specializes in the rehabilitation of pigs and includes a collection of dogs, horses and chickens.
