Mickey Margulies in Dirty Pages

The home chef Mickey Margulies was one of the many faces of the 2016 Dirty Pages project, assembled by Jennifer Justus, Erin Murray and Cindy Wall. The three food writers used recipe cards and sheets, passed down from generation and generation, to show how food can strengthen family ties. The exhibit featured all women, some of whom are professional chefs, willing to share their favorite family recipes. The original Dirty Pages exhibit debuted at the Nashville Farmers’ Market in 2015. A third version is planned for later this year.
