These peasant-inspired homey dishes of France are perfect for entertaining or just a cozy dinner at home. Chef Skylar Bush demonstrated these dishes at our French Cooking Class with USN Evening classes, which we’re honored to be a part of. The classes took place at the lovely home of Ann and Sykes Cargile. In Skylar Bush fashion he entertained the group with his no fuss skills and knowledge of bringing great food to the home cook.
