Sometimes we want cake for 2 or 4. For those times there are these delicious petite cakes. Three are layer cakes from Candace Floyd’s Little Everyday Cakes book circa 2018. They are made in 6-inch cake pans for just the right size. The recipes can also be doubled and make in 9-inch cake pans as well.
