Fresh Corn Pesto Pizza

This white pizza is perfect in summer when fresh sweet corn and fresh basil is available. Make the pizza dough with our easy No-Knead Dough recipe or use a pre made one. Likewise, make pesto from our easy recipe of use your favorite jarred version.

    Ingredients

    • No knead Pizza Dough
    • Pesto
    • 2-3 ears fresh sweet corn
    • 4 ounces fresh mozzarella
    • 4 ounces Parmigiana Reggiano cheese, grates
    • Fresh basil leaves
    • sat and pepper

    Preparation

    1. Preheat oven to 450 F. Cut corn from cobs. Press pizza dough out into a 10-inch circle on a pizza pan. Top with pesto, fresh corn, mozzarealla, basil and Parmigiana cheese. Bake 10 minutes or until bubbly and browned.
