Edible Kitchen: Chef Scott Nelms June 30
Scott grew up in South Georgia where food brought family together. He learned about food from watching his Granny and other family members cook. He moved to Nashville and attended Nashville State Culinary Program, then went to work at the Belle Meade Corner Market. There he was exposed to Cajun and Creole food. As a result he moved to Baton Rouge to explore Cajun cuisine and techniques. He was most recently at Hillwood Country Club before he returned to where he started, at the Corner Market Catering.
