- 1 pound small okra pods
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon BBQ seasoning (she likes JM THomason Bourbon BBQ seasoning)
- kosher salt
Combine ingredients in a bowl; toss well. Place in a hot cast iron skillet over medium high heat. Sauté 5-10 minutes or until tender and browned.
