- Slice flank steak into thin 1x2 inch pieces. Mix the beef with soy sauce and egg white.
- Slice onion and green onions, cutting them into 2 inch pieces.
- Warm oil to 350F with stove remaining on high. Stir-fry onion and green onion. Put in beef and stir fry until red is cooked out. Add oyster sauce, sugar and white pepper.
- Serve immediately.
