Cranberry Relish

This relish is quick and easy and its uses are endless.

Ingredients

SERVINGS: 4 Cup(s)
  • 2 cups fresh cranberries
  • 1 medium orange, sectioned and rind grated
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 Granny Smith apple, finely chopped

Preparation

1.  Wash cranberries; drain well. 

2.  Place cranberries in food processor and pulse to chop coarsely. Add orange sections. Pulse again. 

3.  Transfer to bowl. Add sugar, chopped pecans, orange rind, and apple. Stir well. 

4.  Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
