What better way to kick off our Edible Kitchen series than with Audra Dykes of Slow Hand Coffee? Audra demonstrated how to make her delicious strawberrry shortcake for a crowd at the Nashville Farmers' Market. With all the beautiful strawberries in season in the Nashville area, this was a perfect way to showcase berries for sale by farmers and vendors selling their produce.

Not only does Audra make a mean shortcake, she also can brew an incredible cup of coffee. From food truck to a brick-and-mortar location, Slow Hand Coffee is known for its mouth-watering pastries and fresh coffee that has people constantly coming back for more.
