If you're like us, once 6pm hits, we're all bare feet and jeans. And so apparently is Maneet Chauhan, owner of the brand new Tànsuŏ. At their opening party, we found her traipsing barefoot through the three winding floors of Tànsuŏ after ditching her glittery heels. Together with her partner, Executive Chef Chris Cheung, they have conceived asian-fusion fun at its finest. Tànsuŏ is sparkling with hundreds of moroccan lantern pendant lights and Chef Cheung has brought his Brooklyn shine to the food as well. Make your reservation for their grand opening on March 13th and be sure to try the Bird’s Nest, an amalgam of bok choy, chinese broccoli and fermented tofu in a prickly cradle of fried potato sticks. Hao chi! (It's yummy)
