Crystal De Luna-Bogan of The Grilled Cheeserie and Kenny’s Farmhouse teamed up to make some Real American Cheese. They came up with a 60-Day Aged Double-Cream Colby, made from milk by happy cows on Kenny's Farm in Kentucky. This variety of cheese has never before been attempted by Kenny's Farmhouse. They (and we!) could not be happier about how it turned out! Along with the guidance of Kenny and his head cheese maker, the Cheeserie owners and staff made 250 pounds of this cheese to feature throughout the month of April, exclusively available through The Grilled Cheeserie food truck, found every weekend at the Nashville Farmers’ Market.
