Local dishes are served family style under sparkling lights at the Edible Farm Dinners.

Join us for our second Farm Dinner Saturday July 21 at Turnbull Creek Farm in Bon Aqua, TN. The beautiful farm is run by Tallahassee May, farmer and owner who also operates Fresh Harvest, the first online CSA in middle Tennessee. Chef Travis Sparks from Deacon's New South will be cooking. Keshia Hay of SipNBITE will be passing appetizers. And pastry chef Jennifer Coins, of Miel will be ending us off with dessert. 

July Farm Dinner Menu

Starters 

Bruleed Halloumi and Watermelon

Meatballs with brown sugar-coco glaze, cracked pepper and rose petal dust 

Lavender biscuits with spiced peach compote

Dinner 

Focaccia with Tomatoes, Elephant Garlic and Onions

House cured coppa, heirloom tomato, melons, radishes

 
Homestead Harvest salad, pickled, raw and cooked seasonal vegetables and greens
 
Grilled leg of lamb steaks, fermented green garlic chimichurri
