Bread Pudding with Feta and Garlic Scape Pesto
Any kind of pesto can be used in this savory bread pudding, but we like it in the spring with our Garlic Scape Pesto, avilable at farmers markets in May and June.
Place green garlic in bowl of food processor. Pulse until chopped small.
Add lemon, salt, pepper and olive oil. Pulse until pesto comes together and is creamy.
Makes 1 cup. Toss on pasta, pizza, or use as a spread on sandwiches.
