1pound raw ahi Hawaiian tuna, cut into 1/2 inch chunks
1/4cup diced sweet onion
2tablespoons chopped green onion
1-2teaspoons roasted white or black sesame seeds
2tablespoons soy sauce
1tablespoon toasted sesame oil
1tablespoon grated fresh ginger
1tablespoon sriracha
sea salt
