Tuna Poke Platter

“Poké in Hawaiian means to slice or cut into pieces; typically, a fish product,” says Chef Jerry Cline of Aloha Fish Co. This dish is great eaten with chopsticks and rice, but also served on big plantain chips for a party. Get high quality sushi grade tuna for this dish from locally owned and operated Aloha Fish Co.
