Ingredients
- fresh local greens
- 1 celery, sliced
- bleu cheese crumbles
- 1 apple, sliced
- walnuts
- bacon, cooked and crumbled
Molasses Vinaigrette
- 1 cup olive oil
- 3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/3 cup molasses
- 2 tablespoons coarse-grained Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon fresh minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
Preparation
Place all ingredients in a blender and process on high for about 10 seconds. Keep covered and refrigerated.
Toss with salad ingredients.
