  • 1/2 cup tamari or soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small piece ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 green onion, chopped

Preparation

1. Place soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, garlic and green onion and sugar in a zip top plastic bag or dish. Add salmon, seal bag and press to distribute marinade. Chill 4-8 hours. Remove salmon from bag, and place in a baking dish. Drizzle soy mixture over salmon. Bake at 350 or microwave for 6 minutes or until salmon just flakes with a fork.
