Kale Walnut Pesto
Most any green can be whirled up in a pesto, particularly spring kale, when it is abundant and endless.
1. Preheat oven to 375F. Butter a 6-cup souffle dish. Combine bread, salami, cheese, salt and pepper in dish. Combine eggs and milk, whisk well. Pour over bread mixture amd toss gently. Dollop with pesto, if desired. Bake 40-45 minutes or until puffed and set. Serves 4.
